Controversial Art Museum

Our goals as the Controversial Art Museum are to spread the expressive quality of disputed
artworks, and to display the strong influence of controversial art in history. Those who visit our
“CAM” museum attain a greater understanding of what has not traditionally been classified as
art, and are able to decide for themselves whether or not art can be defined in the first place. In
order to educate the youth of our society, students are granted free admission. This also helps to
ensure the future of art expression. The entirety of our museum staff work to provide an
informative and engaging experience that encompasses controversial artworks from many
different periods in history. Art is a vital aspect of society and life. We work to ensure an
experience unlike any other in order to broaden the artistic understanding of those who visit our
museum. The artists of the works we have selected to display have pushed the boundaries of art
understanding and have helped to define what art really is, and what it has the potential to
become.
